WebFones Cloud LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Analytics Command Center platform at dash.webfones.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically:
- Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- Analytics Data: We access your Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta/Facebook, and Instagram data through authorized API connections that you configure. This data is cached temporarily on our servers to power the dashboard.
- Server Logs: We collect standard web server access logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and first-party analytics purposes.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, features used, and session duration.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Analytics Command Center platform
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Display analytics data from your connected third-party services
- Generate AI-powered SEO recommendations using aggregated search data
- Monitor platform performance and detect security threats
- Communicate with you about your account and platform updates
3. Data Storage and Caching
Analytics data retrieved from Google, Meta, and other third-party APIs is cached on our servers for up to 24 hours to ensure fast dashboard performance. This cached data is refreshed periodically by automated processes. You may request deletion of cached data at any time.
Your API credentials (service account keys, access tokens) are stored encrypted on the server and are never exposed to client-side code or transmitted to third parties.
4. AI-Powered Features
The platform uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate keyword strategy recommendations. When this feature is active, aggregated search query data (keywords, positions, click-through rates) is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. No personally identifiable information is included in these AI requests. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of API credentials, HTTPS-only connections, session-based authentication with automatic expiration, and access controls based on user roles.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Analytics cache data is automatically purged after 24 hours and refreshed. Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
10. Cookies
We use session cookies to maintain your authenticated login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies. The session cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and expires after 24 hours of inactivity.
11. Children's Privacy
The Analytics Command Center is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
